New in 2025 – Nitoflor FC150 HP/SL
Our latest innovative industrial flooring solution, Nitoflor FC150 HP/SL wraps multiple features into a single product. Already impressing flooring applicators with its smooth application and fast dry time, Nitoflor FC150 HP/SL offers advanced strength, fast curing and won’t whiten even in high humidity or if becoming wet in first 24 hours.
Ideal for wet manufacturing zones, wineries, commercial kitchens, warehouses and more, Nitoflor FC150 HP/SL can be applied as a roll coat or self-levelling screed. It is RCS (Respirable Crystalline Silica) Hazard Free and HACCP certified for use in food preparation and processing areas.
New in 2025 – Proofex TPO
We’re excited to add Proofex ORG and Proofex OFB to our high performing Proofex range. Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membranes, Proofex ORG and Proofex OFB offer a flexible, single-ply sheet solution with excellent waterproofing, UV, and impact resistance. Available in plain (Proofex ORG) and fleece-backed (Proofex OFB) versions, these membranes are ideal for roofing applications including:
- Flat/sloping roof
- Pitched roof
- Curved roof
- Roofs with traffic (foot)
- Roofs without traffic
- Roofs with limited access
Both are compatible with Proofex Sheetdrain.
TPO membranes outperform PVC in UV and chemical resistance, sustainability, and thermal efficiency, with no plasticiser migration or toxic byproducts during welding. They weld at lower temperatures, are lighter than PVC and provide superior solar reflectivity and physical strength. With no additional separation layers needed and compatibility with insulation boards, Proofex ORG and Proofex OFB fill the gap for external applications, offering a durable, eco-friendly alternative to traditional PVC membranes.
New in 2025 – Nitoseal MB180
Waterproofing continues to be a top priority on every Australian construction project. Fosroc’s high performance waterproofing range has recently been bolstered with the addition of Nitoseal MB180 (replacing the former Nitoseal MB175). This solvent-based plasto-elastic bituminous sealant is reinforced by fibres. It is ideal for sealing and repairs on asphalt or bituminous surfaces and is compatible with bitumen-based waterproofing membranes.
Use it to achieve waterproof sealing of joints, seams, chimneys, ventilation tubes and drainpipes. Nitoseal MB180 is moisture resistant and can be applied in humid conditions. It stays flexible and won’t drop, flow or spill, making application easy.
Conbextra grouts
Fosroc’s Conbextra grouts are engineered for dynamic loads, chemical exposure, extreme temperatures, and harsh environments, making them ideal for critical load-bearing applications. The range includes both cementitious and epoxy grouts, making Conbextra the grout of choice for diverse applications.
Independent testing by Swinburne University recently demonstrated the exceptional strength of two of our flagship grouts: Conbextra EP10 and Conbextra EP65 Plus. Particularly well suited to anchoring applications, testing has shown the superior strength of these products when subjected to pull-out tests of bonded anchors in concrete.
